Any exchange or return can be made within 14 days, however the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in original packaging.

The item must be unworn.

Once the item has been received and confirmed against above we will then release the refund or exchange.

3rd Monkey will NOT cover the cost of items returned to us nor the exchange item unless faulty.

Return and exchange shipping cost must be paid by the customer before dispatch our end.

Orders are shipped via royal mail first class.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be sent recorded delivery, 3rd Monkey will NOT accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
