- Any exchange or return can be made within 14 days, however the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in original packaging.
- The item must be unworn.
- Once the item has been received and confirmed against above we will then release the refund or exchange.
- 3rd Monkey will NOT cover the cost of items returned to us nor the exchange item unless faulty.
- Return and exchange shipping cost must be paid by the customer before dispatch our end.
- Orders are shipped via royal mail first class.
- All items returned for refund or exchange must be sent recorded delivery, 3rd Monkey will NOT accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
